Ordered the wrong device? You can easily return your order online. Log in with your email, choose the items you want to return, and we’ll email you a returns label.
You can return products from the tado° online shop within 30 days of delivery. If your device isn't working as expected, please contact customer support instead.
You bought your device from the tado° online shop.
Your order was delivered within the last 30 days.
The device includes all accessories.
The device is still in its original packaging.
Log in to the tado° shop using the email address you used to place your order. We’ll send you a one-time code – no password needed.
Under “Orders”, select the order. Then click “Return items”.
Select the items you want to return and the quantity for each. Then briefly tell us why you're returning them.
Click “Review changes” to check your request. Then click “Submit” to send it. We'll email you to confirm we’ve received it.
This takes about 15 minutes. Returns within 30 days of delivery are approved automatically. For later returns and higher-value orders, our Customer Support team will review and contact you.
Once your return is approved, you'll receive the returns label via email.
Pack the items, ideally in the original box with all the accessories. Then drop the parcel off with the carrier. Please send it as soon as possible. We must receive your return within 180 days of issuing the returns label.
Once we've received and checked your return, you'll receive your refund to your original payment method.
