Internet Connection

The Starter Kit includes the tado° Internet Bridge, which is connected to your router. It connects your Smart Radiator Thermostat to the internet via radio network.

Power supply

3,0 V DC - (2x AA batteries, 1,200 mAh). Compatible with Panasonic Eneloop AA 1900 mAh NiMH rechargeable batteries (the use of other types of rechargeable batteries is not recommended).

Material

The outer shell consists of polycarbonate (PC) and ABS plastic in matte white.

User Interface

LED display, mechanical control knob. You can deactivate the manual operation in the app with the Child Lock feature.

Multi-language support

The tado° app, instructions and software are available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Dutch.

Tado regelt in meiner ganzen Wohnung an jedem Heizkörper und in einem großen Raum mit dem Funktemperatursensor meine Heizung. Alles funktoniert perfekt. Den Atuo Assistenen habe ich gerne abonniert. Er erledigt alles perfekt. Man bracht sich um nichts zu kümmern. Bei Tado wurde an alles gedacht, offene Fenster werden erkannt, die Außentemperaturen werden berücksichtigt. Einfach toll. Energy IQ gibt Aufschluss über Heizkosten - und einsparungen. Das System läßt keine Wünsche offen. Geofencing schaltet die Heizung ein, sobald ich mich meiner Wohnung nähre und berücksichtigt dabei Zeitpläne einwandfrei. Bin begeistert und habe das System schon oft weiterempfohlen.

Sehr einfache Konfiguration und Bedienung. Alles im Blick mit der App. Auch wenn man für die Zusatzfunktionen in der App ein Abo bezahlen muss, kann man aber z.B. sehr genau sehen wie oft die Heizkörper eingeschaltet wurden. Die Mechanik ist fast geräuschlos und arbeitet sehr präzise. Habe jahrelang einen anderen Mitbewerber genutzt, der nicht an die Mechanik und auch nicht an die umfangreichen Features der App rankam. Bin sehr zufrieden mit den Thermostaten.
